    1 full porchetta is approximately 4 pounds and will serve 6 to 8. It may also be ordered by the slice.

    Specialty Meats
    Organic turkey, goose, capon and duck from D’Artagnan. These are free range birds raised by Amish and Mennonite farmers without any growth hormones or antibiotics. Capons are larger than chickens, but smaller than turkeys, and range in size 9-11 lbs. Goose is approx. 8-10, 10-12 or 12+ lbs. Please call for pricing
